Between studio visits: red light at home

Most Reno regulars can't get to a studio every day. This is the piece of the routine you can do anywhere.

Lumaflex calls the Body Pro the world's first waterproof red light therapy panel. It's flexible, so it wraps a knee, shoulder or lower back, and it runs on a battery — no cords near water. Lumaflex's own guide recommends using it during your sauna session.
